In order to co-ordinate
the professional communities, we have introduced a cricket team in
year 2000. Before year 2000, the Indians were playing cricket as
small groups in and around Dublin. We were able to co-ordinate the
young comitted Indians to play cricket on every Saturday during
Irish summer. This year also our friends started playing fun cricket
using Tennis Balls. Those who are interested in joining our cricket
group can send an email to our email id info@irishindians.com
so that the names will be added to a mailing list and you will get
to know about our cricket activities.
In the long run
we are aiming to form a professional cricket team which can
represent the Indians in Ireland.
Irish Indians will conduct seminars, sporting events, kids/ladies events, fashion shows, competitions, presentations etc. to enhance the professional as well as cultural growth of the Indians in Ireland.
It also celebrate the Indian/Irish festivals within its members or by joining hands with other
Indian associations.
